The Met Grotto Summer Picnic featured lots of members lounging around in the sun and shade in downtown Manahattan. Ron & Alice hooked us up with a city garden space on their East Village block. We BBQ'd, ate and drank tons of food people brought by, had an auction with countless items (with Ron as auctioneer), and managed to woo a new friend of Gayle's to join: Dirty Barbie.
